I started annextech because I kept seeing the same thing, small businesses running on workarounds, held together by spreadsheets, and getting handed generic solutions by consultants who didn't actually understand how they worked. I've spent over 10 years in business operations, product management, and IT, and enough time inside professional service businesses to understand that the problem is rarely just one thing. It's the technology and the processes around it. The workflows and the tools that are supposed to support them. Fix both together, and you actually get results. When you work with annextech, you work with me. Every call, every question, every decision directly with the person who built your solution. Start to finish.
